Team Snippets
Our team has grown! There have been announcements, celebrations and new recruits!
Natasha Lynn and Mark Bame announced their engagement | TK Madikane introduced us to his beautiful baby girl, Soyama Thakasa, which means be happy/content | Paula Chaplin acquainted us with her gorgeous newbie, Sidney Sofia Charlotte and Nick Soper will soon have a junior joining the ranks.
And it's not just new babies we've added, we've also welcomed a new developer, Jaco Sapet-Nel. Jaco has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, but his passion lies in programming and development. Jaco has introduced our team to a variety of interesting hobbies, including underwater photography, line dancing, medieval sword fighting and pistol shooting.
Team Movements
Chris Giles has been travelling through Kenya, Botswana, Zambia, Zimbabwe and South Africa. Chris and his training team have completed several successful implementations and training sessions. We are thrilled to have more properties in Tanzania and Zambia on board using ResRequest.

Indaba
During Indaba we saw a heightened interest in ResRequest. We also heard client requests to up-skill their staff and have launched several training circuits since May. We will continue to run regional visits for the remainder of this year and let you know when we will be in your area. Feel free to email us for more information on our training circuits.

Indaba got us out of the office and mingling with clients and partners in the industry. We rose our profile by exhibiting and helped new contacts to find us. This year the topics that were on everyone's lips were connections and tour operating.
We also hosted a forum during the show where we introduced technology partners and clients. The vendors who attended included representatives from: online channels, credit card gateways, financial applications, point of sale, website developers, tour operators and guest survey specialists.
