We have seen quite a few changes to our team this year...
Dylan Bridgman, well known to many of our customers, has started his own consultancy. We're thrilled that we're still working closely with him on several projects!
Look who's joined us: Alex Moore (call centre data capture), Jen Coppinger (marketing & development), Dylan Morgan (dev ops) and Angie Geringer (call centre product support). We’re super excited to welcome them to our team and we're loving the changes they're already bringing to our products and services.
Chris Giles has been travelling to new countries for training and implementations, including exciting destinations such as Timbavati - South Africa, Zambia, Uganda, and the Democratic Republic of Congo. Much of Chris' efforts have helped us to support properties in many African countries.
Mike Coppinger adventurously cycled through Zambia with his family during his leave. Take a look at his blog and video highlights.
We joined some associations this year and proudly exhibited with Atta (African Travel and Tourism Association) at Indaba. It was a refreshing space to be in and our time was more focussed on new and ongoing relationships.
Natasha Bame attended the SATSA (Southern Africa Tourism Services Association) annual conference in George. The event comprised of panel discussions on topics such as the role of the tour operator, the great rates debate, wildlife conservation and responsible tourism to name a few.
We are taking part in the e-Tourism frontiers Africa summits this month.
