18.6. Allow API users to toggle provisionals

Availability calls allow stock to be split into total, provisionals and allocations. Access to provisionals is set using ‘Allow provisional toggle’. Allocations are the agent's allocations only in the case of an external user.

System Administrator note: To cater for the provisional stock checks at user level, the ‘Toggle Provisionals’ settings, can be found in the User Access permissions as shown in the sample below. 

Steps: Admin > User Access > select User Group which you wish to alter > Tick the "Allow Provisional Toggle' box.
