Team Movements


  

Mike Coppinger's recent travels included trips to Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi and Kenya where he spent time on a number of consulting projects and new implementations - he also managed to squeeze in a 40 year class reunion in Zimbabwe! Says Mike: "It was great to work with so many of our clients to maximise their use of ResRequest and help them streamline their business processes."

Focus areas during consulting roadshows were primarily on effective reporting and the introduction of our financial interfaces. During these visits Mike has had the opportunity to gain better understanding of the industry climate in these countries, and ultimately become more in tune with everyone's needs.

 

Chris Giles is currently on a training circuit around Kenya, Tanzania, Zambia and South Africa to bring many clients up to speed on the lastest enhancements, train new users, provide refresher sessions for seasoned users and address any other specific training needs.

Steve Montgomery has spent some time training various clients in London and Northern Tanzania this quarter. He reports that travelling around London, is as eventful as getting around Africa. 

 

Team Boost


This year we launched a 'Let's Grow' campaign to focus on our personal skills development. Through weekly staff training, our team is constantly reminded of their impact they have on ResRequest clients. Nomfundo Magagula took our plant metaphor rather literally as she watched intently for her positive effect on its growth.


Team spirit was the top of the list this month as our team took to a "lekker" South African braai arranged by Natasha Lynn and one of our developers, Nick Soper.

Prompted by Nick's hot development skills, and his valiant braai efforts, we fashioned him into our superhero of the release:
