Insert Email Templates

Email Templates are used to insert frequently used messages or your customised signature, into your email message when sending reservation documents.

 Here's how to insert an email template:

 

Insert your template 


  1. From your reservation document, select to 'Email as a PDF'. From the 'Email us' pop-up, select to insert a template .
  2. Select your preferred template from the list.
  3. This clears the message area and inserts your selected template. Customise the text. Click Send.
