Rate Type

e.g. Rack rate, STO rate, Complimentary

Field	Description
Description	The name of the rate component
Note	A free format note to describe the nature of the rate
Currency	This is the currency in which the rate amount is defined.
Colour	A colour that is associated with the rate type on various screens and reports in the system.
Inactive	Flag indicating whether the rate type is currently in use.
